Hi, I’m Lizzy, the voice behind Glimmer and Grace! I live in central Minnesota with my husband, our teenage son—who has high-functioning autism and some medical challenges—and our beloved pets (three cats and one dog). Originally from North Dakota, I’ve always found comfort in sharing stories, embracing life’s ups and downs, and finding beauty in the everyday.

Here, I share reflections on life, family, challenges, and celebrations with authenticity and vulnerability. Whether navigating parenting, finding joy in simple moments, or embracing the strength that comes from life’s struggles, Glimmer and Grace is a space for connection, encouragement, and embracing life with heart.
